CapSnap Equipment offers complete integrated Valuline™, Adapta™ and PortaPlant­™ systems for automatic bottle handling, inspection, conveying, washing, sanitizing, filling and capping of 3-gallon (11.3 liter), 4-gallon (15 liter), 5-gallon (19 liter), or 6-gallon (22 liter) refillable, PET or PC bottles. Our water bottling systems are available in standard designs or can be customized to fit your specific requirements.

 

CapSnap Equipment automated systems range from 150 to 3,000 bottles per hour capabilties, allowing CapSnap water bottling equipment to fit a wide variety of water bottling operations.

 

Our customized and standard water bottling systems have been installed in water bottling facilities across the world, including the US, Canada, the Middle East, and Asia.

 

The Patented CapSnap Equipment Hydrojet™ washing system cleans the bottle inside and outside with opposing high pressure water forces to eliminate the need for mechanical bottleneck grippers.
